4. Staff users who will work with COUNTER functionality in Alma will need the new role of “Usage Data Operator” as well as existing roles as described in the Alma OLH:
5. Begin using COUNTER functionality in Alma and report any issues via Salesforce.
Suggested tests:
1. Add a SUSHI account to a Vendor
2. Manually upload a COUNTER report (assuming one is available)
3. Configure SUSHI harvesting
