360/Intota campuses are waiting to hear if they will need to manually create SUSHI accounts in Alma, or if they can be migrated. All other campuses may begin configuring SUSHI accounts and harvesting now.
Recommended timeline: Before Configuration Cutover (see cutover dates here) SUSHI configuration can continue post go-live also. We recommend configuring SUSHI accounts and harvesting before any manually loading of COUNTER data. This so that harvesting can be taking place, and less manual loading will be necessary.

SUSHI Accounts live in the Vendor Record, under the Usage Data tab. Remember to set up the Vendor Interface before trying to add the SUSHI account.
Subscribers are used to separate the usage data by campus or library (when the vendor can distinguish access to its resources by the IP addresses of each entity). Therefore, you should configure only one Subscriber per campus or library, otherwise you may inadvertently create duplicate data.
You will need SUSHI Account details provided by your vendors. USTAT provided an extract of this data. See Brandon to get that spreadsheet.
