Environmental Scan/Survey for Acq/ERM workflows | Christine/Kirstie | - Will mention at the next TS open forum on 9/13....we'd like to get a better understanding of the kinds of problems related to Alma Acq/ERM workflows that campuses have faced since migration, and what has been done to address them? Cross training, working more closely with one department, etc.? We're hoping this will help inform future Acq/ERM best practices and how-to documentation for the consortia as a whole, and shed more light on possible efficiencies and workarounds. Ex: Acquisitions staff and potential difficulty adjusting to ordering e-resources in Alma. How has your campus tackled this issue? Is it working for you? If not, what would you like to see instead?

| Acq/ERM Training Manual for New Hires - both new to the CSU and new to Alma/Primo | Kirstie | - Jessica has started a Google Doc (copied from Orbis Cascade) to use as our starting point. Google Doc for New Staff.
- It's pretty bare bones, so the Acq/ERM committee will work on it a bit before adding to the wiki.
- Will ask at the 9/13 TS Open forum to see if there's anything that people would like to have included, or if they are willing to share anything they've already created.

I will mention to Luiz that I would be willing to do a drop-in session at the Oct. 12 Meeting. Potential topics: - Anatomy of a pci record (source id, services page url, etc)

- What is the PCI and activating pci collections

| New ERM Alma Feature: portfolio Current and Perpetual Access | Susan | - Is anyone using this new feature? Or plans to use it?
- Susan will ask Christine Ashley (the one who originally asked this question) to ask it again at the 9/13 open forum. Our working group discussed it, but none of us are currently using this feature. We'd like to see if anyone at other campuses are, and if so, for what purpose.
