- At first, was getting rid of OCLC record and moving order to CZ record, but that didn't take advantage of API
- If they don't set the holdings, then no record overlays

- Long Beach: Gobi is placing holdings for them
- When portfolio exists in CZ, linking existing imported portfolio to CZ

- They're seeing list price instead of actual price in their invoices
- Ex Libris has a workaround, but it involves repurposing a setting needed for other things
- Ex Libris unwilling to troubleshoot unless Gobi changes their EDI practices
