| Description | Activity SummaryThe Acquisitions Task Force made progress on the following goals. Progress on goals:GobiAPI Carole Correa-Morris will be participating in a functional call with Ex Libris's Laurie Welling on 3/9/2017 regarding integrating Gobi use in to Alma processes. The GobiAPI is expected to be addressed somewhat in this discussion. The Acquisitions Task Force is still planning to provide a GobiAPI-specific demo and plans to include information not covered in the functional call. Information on the GobiAPI continues to be updated on our wiki page. Tax scenarios Specific scenarios are almost completed and will be posted soon Information, suggestions and examples for development of a fund structure in Alma have been posted at Funds & Ledgers in Alma were slightly updated. In progress; page is available here. More integrations were added including information for Real-Time Acquisitions with ProQuest's OASIS. Acq-CFS process We contributed to a document that David and Ian drafted called "Getting Started with Alma and PeopleSoft Accounts Payment Integration." This draft has already been shared with a small cohort of campuses who expressed early interest in utilizing the automated Alma Invoice-to-CFS process, and they are beginning to review the process to assess their setup. We will be fine-tuning these instructions as we test implementing the process. The Acq Task Force has posted some info for groups to begin considering regarding prep for this process here. Testing of the conversion script appeared successful; we are parsing the output to ensure that all elements are present and correct. |
