What do we want this group to do?

  • Identify what can be improved with the system
  • Internal survey (what would you like to see? Where can we make improvements?) Are people doing local assessment? Will campuses share with the rest of the system?
  • Environmental scan (what's out there and how can we improve locally)
  • Development: work on missing features or improving weak spots -link reporting, texting features, etc. (based on feedback from the internal survey)
  • Coordinated information sharing (idea marketplace?). Find out who is the primo person on each campus, and find out what they are doing. We can use this to set up workflows both locally and across the system.
  • Finish up with a Best Practices document and a plan for implementation 

This group can be a big part of the open forum meetings on the second Monday of each month

When do we want to meet?

We will figure that out. The group agreed to meet bi-weekly until we get this off the ground, then we can switch to monthly.
