Step-by-step guide

  1. Alma Institution icon This is the Alma institution icon.  This means the resource or item is active in the IZ.
  2. Alma inactive institution iconThis is the Alma institution icon.  This means that the resource or item is not active in the IZ.
  3. Alma CZ Icon This is the Alma Community Zone icon.  If you see this icon next to a resource when doing a repository search in the IZ, this means the resource was activated from the CZ.
  4. Alma inactive resource iconThis is the Alma Community Zone icon.  This means the resource is not active but is being shared from the CZ.  Usually seen with a zero-portfolio/database-only resource.

  5. Alma Suppress Record icon This is the suppressed record icon.  Usually seen when a CZ descriptive record is suppressed and will not be published to Primo and is not discoverable.

  6. Active Network Zone icon This icon means that the item is shared from the NZ.  The item is active in the IZ.

  7. Alma NZ inactive icon This icon means the item is shared from the NZ.  The item is inactive in the IZ.
