Call for 2021 Digital Repositories Meeting Host

The Digital Repositories Steering Committee is looking for a host campus for the 2021 annual meeting. This meeting - while virtual - will require coordination and technical tools from the host campus. 


Host campus responsibilities:

  • Provide Zoom (or other software) to host the meeting. This includes setting up breakout rooms, providing facilitators, moderators, and the capacity to handle between 100-200 attendees. 

  • Convene a local planning committee to prepare for the meeting.

  • Chair of the local planning committee will also sit on the Annual Meeting Committee.

  • The Host campus will work with the Annual Meeting Committee to determine the best structure and schedule for a meeting in a virtual environment for 2021.
