Call for 2021 Digital Repositories Meeting Host
The Digital Repositories Steering Committee is looking for a host campus for the 2021 annual meeting. This meeting - while virtual - will require coordination and technical tools from the host campus.
Host campus responsibilities:
Provide Zoom (or other software) to host the meeting. This includes setting up breakout rooms, providing facilitators, moderators, and the capacity to handle between 100-200 attendees.
Convene a local planning committee to prepare for the meeting.
Chair of the local planning committee will also sit on the Annual Meeting Committee.
The Host campus will work with the Annual Meeting Committee to determine the best structure and schedule for a meeting in a virtual environment for 2021.
