Changing Lending Request Expiration

Why do we do this?

When CSU+ libraries close for extended breaks we want to keep requests from expiring out of the rota and being cancelled.

Overview:

Part 1: In the NZ update each CSU+ library partner’s “Request Expiry” to “No expiry”.

Part 2: Distribute new configuration to all partner libraries.

Part 1

NZ Role required: Resource Sharing Partner Manager

Navigate to Fulfillment > Partners

For each partner institution (yup, this means you do it 24 times) open the Parameters tab and change request expiry to “No Expiry”. Save!

Part 2

Once all partners are updated distribute the saved profiles to all institutions.

Navigate to Fulfillment > Distribute Resource Sharing Network Configuration

Click the link and Confirm that you want to run the job.
