Contact Project Manager at local campus for access to Ex Libris Learning Center and Alma Training Sandbox.

Group discussed some topics as potential areas for developing best practices/recommendations:        

• Checklist of priorities for ILS Data Clean-Up Recommendation.
• Network Zone: the importance of populating the Network Zone, defining the master (“best”) record, and upcoming training about NZ.
• Review YBP Technical Services Workflows in Alma documentation from YBP.

The Group decided that there was no need to create an email digest since the listserv archives can be accessed online at: http://listserv.lists.calstate.edu/read/?forum=ulms-techservices

• Meetings will be held on the second Monday of the month at 2:00 p .m., or more frequently, as needed.
