- Explore (ensure) integration of Alma and PeopleSoft for real-time fund management and invoice processing
- Align coding of records (e.g., orders) to support and facilitate gathering of statistics for CSU (Analytics)

- Policies and procedures for populating the Network Zone (NZ)
- Policies and procedures for editing (enhancing, replacing) records in the NZ
- Identity CSU experts to serve as a resource in specific areas (e.g., acquisitions, etc.) and for specific tasks (e.g., maintenance of records, etc.)
Data Preparation & Migration
- Develop a “priorities checklist” for data clean-up recommendations
