| Report Summary | Issue with Alma sandbox unable to recognize locally created name authority records and unable to link those local name authorities to new bib records. Locally created subject authorities are recognized and able to link to bib records. Reported issue to Megan and Svetlana and am awaiting update. We are behind schedule with testing due to this issue. Bib records were created in the meantime that use the local authorities. Once the local name authorities issue is fixed we will be able to turn on the Link Bib Headings and Bib Correction jobs and convert the records in order to determine the functionality range of Alma's Authority Control jobs. |
