Discussed strategies for drafting (content and structure) of specific procedures and manual.

Working on a number of procedural documents:

• Withdrawals (drafted and under revision)
• Cataloging E-Resources (single titles), in collaboration with ERM Task Force
• Publishing to OCLC: Identified initial set up of OCLC Data Sync Collection in WorldShare Management required for this functionality
• Marcive Gov Docs: drafting document to recommend service and approach for management of Marcive gov docs;
• Item Records Material Types (definitions to be finalized);

Primo Facets/Resource Types Mapping:

• Drafted Resource Types Mapping to Facets in Primo (to be submitted to the Discovery Group).

Continue to work on procedural documentation to present draft to TS Working Group;

Continue to collaborate with ERM Task Force to complete cataloging procedures (for single e-resources titles);

Collaborate with ERM Task Force to draft recommendations and procedures for loading and managing vendor e-book records;
