Legacy Chancellor's Office systems

The Chancellor's Office will be putting in place a few changes to help aid the transition to Alma and Primo.

SFX

Will put in place indefinite redirects from SFX to Alma's link resolver for each campus as they go live.
Will create a permanent alias – link.calstate.edu – which will redirect to Alma's link resolver, if you'd like to give vendors that link instead
Will shut down the test SFX server after all campuses are live with Alma
CSU Staff will have continued access to the production SFX server until December 2017 as a reference or to access statistics
- An historical set of SFX statistics for the most-used queries is available as well.
- Copy of the SFX archived stats, dating back to 2006, for Queries 1 & 2 from Dropbox
  - Also there are instructions for migrating Archived stats to the OFFLINE tables to run queries against included in this Dropbox folder.

- Copy Query #10 stats from Dropbox
  - Query #10 files from 2015 to current

Will remove Link+ from Xerxes after May 26 (the last day to place requests) for those campuses leaving Link+
Will put in place redirects from Xerxes' search feature to each campus' Primo instance until June 2018.
End-users will have continued access to their saved records (for export) until June 2018.
Old Union Catalog will continue until June 2018.
Database feature will continue indefinitely.
