  • Leads discussed the pros and cons of the Alma kick-off in Fresno
  • General consensus that the meeting was very beneficical, great to see other members of the working group face-to-face

Discuss next steps for the four sub-groups created at the Alma kick-off meeting in Fresno on March 22

  • Four sub-groups: Resource sharing, patron data, financial data, fulfillment policies
  • A fifth sub-group is recommended by the leads at this time: Reserves
  • We will wait for further discussion at April open meeting to move forward with all groups except Patron data
  • Christine Evans (Unlicensed) will facilitate the Patron data sub-group

Discuss some of the logistics for Access Working Group meetings

  • Minutes/documentation: a minute taker will be assigned for each meeting, to capture action items and brief synopsis; minutes will be placed on this wiki
  • Action items: each item should result in action items; the last 5 minutes of each meeting will be for each group member to state which action items they have been assigned during the meeting

Action items

  •  Matthew Prutsman (Unlicensed) will send out an email to working group letting them know we will discuss working groups, their charge, their membership, etc at next Access Services open forum on April 13  
  • Christine Evans (Unlicensed) will draft an email to be vetted by the Leads and then sent to Access Working group about the Patron data sub-group  
  • Christine Evans (Unlicensed) will ask David Walker to clarify exactly what questions need to be answered by the Patron data sub-group to facilitate the PeopleSoft data loads  
  • Former user (Deleted) will write to the Access listserv to discuss her experience at Fresno, the Migration forms due this week, etc  
  • Stacy Caron (Unlicensed) will write to the Access listserv to discuss her experience at Fresno, the Migration forms due this week, etc
