Course Bulk Update

Create a set of courses

  1. Select Manage Sets under Admin - > Manage Jobs and Sets.

     

  2. Click Add set and select Logical. *Note: there is currently no way to add an itemized set from a list or Analytics report.

     

  3. Enter the Set name and select the Set content type Courses. Click Next.

     

  4. Use the facets to narrow the courses to be included in the set. Click Save.

     

  5. Click Save.

     

There is currently no way to create an itemized set using a list or Analytics report of Courses.

Run the course update job

  1. Select Run a Job under Admin - > Manage Jobs and Sets.

     

  2. Select Course Bulk Update. If needed, change the Type to Courses to narrow the list. Click Next.

     

  3. Select the set of course records to update. Click Next. The job will run on all records in the set.

     

  4. Select the parameters to update. Click Next.

     

    1. Delete course

    2. Add / update Processing department

    3. Add / update Academic department

    4. Add / update Terms list

    5. Add instructor

    6. Remove instructor

    7. Update Start date

    8. Add / update End date

    9. Add / update Submit list by date

    10. Remove reading list association

  5. Confirm the parameters. Click Submit.
