• http://libraries.calstate.edu went live!

  • Further edits: Public Facing Publication Website

• OJS: right now have 17 journals hosted on the site, adding quite a few during the past couple of years.

  • Coming from existing journals coming from somewhere else, like PKPs or locally hosted.

  • http://journals.calstate.edu needs some kind of standard/guidelines for the text on the website.

    • OJS Guide has metadata guide, and maybe can be used to spell out what the table of contents.

    • Might just be another static page for now before the changes happen.

    • No direct channel for communicating with journal editors, have a list of contacts but there’s no central person for publishing initiatives.

    • A listserv for people who are the contact at each university will be created around publishing contact.

      • Then the contact will reach out the editor for changes.

    • (OJS is “Key Information” under Journal Settings > Masthead.)

    • Then, Dave will change and the actions/objections will happen.

  • The standards can be used as a wider standards for CSU publishing in general.
