This list is for items that are known to NOT migrate from SFX to Alma and may need to be set up post-migration. *Included is a list of possible tasks Tech Services will have to complete post-migration. The list is similar to the tasks found in SFX.  Also the tasks will help ensure e-resources are functioning correctly in Alma.  Help for each task is available in REFERENCES column.

Westlaw Campus Research Law, News & Business is now part of the ECC. *Need SPONSORSHIP* for resource to link to vendor. Publish Google Scholar Exports from Alma. Alma migration team is going to set this up for each institution but in case it was not set up, see Alma documentation.set up the publishing task for the Google Scholar exports in Alma documentation
Remove e-collections that were migrated to Alma from SFX but no longer subscribed. If a target in SFX was deactivated after the SFX export to Alma, the e-collection will need to be deactivated in Alma.Click on Delete link in e-resource to deactivate the e-resource. Set up General Electronic Services (GES) and Display Logic located in Fulfillment Configuration-could be systems or access service task depending on the librarySFX Display Logic and GES (known as More Options in the SFX menu) is now in Fulfillment instead of a SFX Tech Services/e-Resource setting. GES would include Ask a Librarian, Report a Problem, links to Amazon or Google, Illiad display rules. Fill out CRM configuration to link to Ex Libris' SalesForceExL Documentation on setting up the CRM configuration in Alma. Needed to be able to communicate issues with the CKB. Sends messages to ExL's SalesForce
