Open meetings are generally scheduled for the last week of the month, but this open meeting had to be moved because of scheduling conflicts with the committee.
We will try to go back to the last week of the month as this works best for most everyone.
Will coordinate with the ULMS Assessment and Analytics group with putting together commonly used Fulfillment reports as well as year-end reports that would be of interest to everyone.
Reports will be made available in one place for everyone to find.
We will find some benchmark statistics and try to find what campus is doing what best.
Will look at, evaluate and see how the 4 existing policies are working for everyone.
Make the policies more robust, so moving forward, everyone can better understand each policy.
Add data to support the policy decision and analytic evidence.
Work with the Resource Sharing group as there are many crossover topics and to also make recommendations for configurations to implement policies that are related with RS.
