Turn Off RapidILL in ILLiad

At Go Live you will want to turn off RapidILL in ILLiad so requests are no longer duplicated in two places. To disable RapidILL in ILLiad you will go to the ILLiad Customization Manager and turn off the Rapid Manager under System → Rapid. Go to the following pages and change the key value from Yes to No.

  • RapidManagerActive

  • RapidManagerActiveBorrowing

  • RapidManagerActiveLending

RapidILL will then be turned off in ILLiad without removing the configurations that make it possible from your server. After we have been live with Rapido I would consider deleting the Rapido settings entirely from the server, but that is ultimately up to your IT.
