from CSUN to Everyone:
Material types in Primo aren't exactly the same as Alma Material Types are they?
from CSUN to Everyone:
Like how does Primo know what a rare book is?
from David Walker to Everyone:
Jim, does reordering the tab just reorder the links down the left-hand side, or the actual sections as well?
from David Walker to Everyone:
awesome
from CSUN to Everyone:
Is it possible to move or even hide the list of all CSU holdings? I know that's probably going to be a CSU-wide policy issue, but I'm just wondering what's possible. That section of CSU holdings takes up a ton of real estate

For the facets... there is a way to "see more" - for example, you see the first few subjects but you can click "See more" and see more... how do you collapse to see less?

And now how do you go back to just 5 results after you click "see more"?

Nice feature, but aren't most users right handed? Can we have it set for the right side of the screen?
from Dolph Chaney to Everyone:

That would be great, thanks.

from Elizabeth (CSUN) to Everyone:
Can you go through that customization routine in more detail?
from Elizabeth (CSUN) to Everyone:
Which package do we choose?
from CSUN to Everyone:
yes
from Kathlene to Everyone:
yep
from Jodi to Everyone:
We had a few general questions about pinning - 1. are there folder options once you pin an item? We can't find a way to organize our pins. 2. it is hard to get back to the search screen/results after you view your pinned items. We had to do a new search. Is this the only way to go back? 3. Is there a way to only display the pin option after someone has logged in so that the pins are saved? 5. Is there a way to see saved searches or search history?
from Keven to Everyone:
I wasn't able to zip with Windows. Had to download another utility, 7Zip
from Elizabeth (CSUN) to Everyone:
Once you've uploaded a customization, do you need to publish it, and can you revert?
from Jim LeFager (privately):
&noCustomization=true
