ALMA TRAINING PART I: Introduction to Alma (to be viewed prior to first project call) - Intended audience: General
Introduction to the Alma training program describes how and when training occurs during different phases in implementation. Introduction to Alma offers a high-level overview of Alma to answer the question, "What is Alma?". Navigating and searching in Alma, along with some basic user management knowledge will help provide some context for when we begin talking about migration inputs. (NOTE: to be viewed prior to first formal project call)
ALMA TRAINNG PART II: Alma Fundamentals Training
Administration Fundamentals sessions are designed to help understand the configuration possibilities and options available in Alma, the implications, considerations, advantages and disadvantages of those configuration possibilities in order to make informed decisions about implementing workflows in Alma. (NOTE: Checkpoint discussions will take place during project calls and will be scheduled in advance to allow time for viewing and question-prep). Once this training is complete, we will make available the full slate of Alma configuration options on the sandbox.
ALMA TRAINING PART III: Alma Functional Training
The series of webinars listed here offers an extended overview of key functions in Alma. (NOTE: Checkpoint discussions will take place during project calls and will be scheduled in advance to allow time for viewing and question-prep)
