CALSTATE weekly call

 1.        Initial test load status: all forms and deliverables have been turned in, migration has started; expect to complete migration work 1/20/16
 

 2.        Alma Configuration forms: Fresno, San Jose forms received. Northridge will submit at a later date. Next step: EXL will check and communicate back via case if there are any questions

 

 3.        Next meeting: Dec 23, 30 meetings will be cancelled. Note: Acquisitions review scheduled for Jan 6th.

 

 4.        Resource Management - part 2 (functional call review) - recording link to be provided
