Completed survey with campus go-live decisions re: integration

Working on creating step-by-step instructions for each campus for three available integrations and continuing to research additional options for a possible custom CashNet SmartPay integration.

Current Pages in progress on ULMS wiki:

1. Ian is going to work on a ULMS wiki page describing the steps that would be involved to set up an integration with PeopleSoft

a.       I know that the PeopleSoft integration is currently under development at San Marcos, but even if the steps to get this set up are still theoretical at this point, I think getting a sense of what/who would be involved would be awesome:

2.       Rick is going to work on a ULMS wiki page describing the steps involved in setting up the Bursar integration

a.       Rick, I know you don’t have access to Confluence, so if you want to put stuff in a Google Doc and share it with me, I’ll make sure it gets published to the Wiki

b.       Ian offered to share a sample bursar ingest file for PeopleSoft

3.       Lauren will work with Ian on a ULMS wiki page describing the steps involved in setting up an eMarket integration

a.       I’ll populate what I can on this page, but I’m going to need some help from Ian in terms of how the eMarket currently in production is set up at San Marcos.

4.       Lauren / Christian / Ian to work on updating the ULMS wiki page on a possible direct to CashNet integration (not using eMarket)

a.       I reached out to Juliette Vo @CashNet regarding how CSUs could possibly use SmartPay instead of eMarket to set up a custom payment portal and am awaiting response.  She usually gets back to me within a week.

b.       This page is less urgent / time sensitive than the top 3 tasks above
