02/21/2017 XSLT/Letters Status Report

Update on current goals:

We are working on the repository and we are soliciting feedback from others as far as what kinds of specific issues they are having and how we can help. I sent a request to the access services listserv to gather feedback but have only received a couple of responses as of today. The idea is that we want to provide the most helpful information rather than trying to make edits to all letters since there are only a few of us who are working on this and we aren't sure if we'll have enough time to finish it before March 24th due date we set for ourselves. There were a couple of requests to create a quick guide for testing letters, which I believe is already provided by Ex Libris, but I will make a link to it on our repository site page. Tyler Rogers made a great little video showing how to navigate through the github repository since there were quite a few people who weren't able to figure out how to use the site. It is now embedded in our repository site. Our next meeting will be in early march, so I will hopefully have more of a response by then.
