    • TechLogic is open to testing with Exlibris
      • TechLogic has very limited documentation for Christina and Dennis to utilize, and any further testing would require involving their (TechLogic) support staff beforehand.

  • Renaldo Gjoshe (Unlicensed)has shared an update from conversation with Svetlana (Exlibris), related to testing integration with Techlogic. Svetlana has informed us that, "Based on analysis of required functionality, TechLogic integration should be supported through SIP2. We have to start testing when institutions have environments."
  • Renaldo Gjoshe (Unlicensed)has suggested consulting the integration resources posted below before any testing takes place.
  • Team members discussed using Salesforce to log tickets with Exlibris when further assistance is needed with this integration.
  • Dennis has reiterated that working as a group (in working meetings) for testing purposes would work best
  • Renaldo to draft email to Exlibris to let them know about plans to initiate testing.
  • Our taskforce will follow up a with working meeting to go over the set up of the integration profile, and any additional set up that may be involved.

Action items

  • Renaldo Gjoshe (Unlicensed) to draft email to Exlibris letting them know about testing plans, and logging tickets with Salesforce.
  • Christina will reach out to TechLogic to let them know about our plans for testing, and ask for some dedicated support (perhaps a TechLogic support staff could join our team during the working meeting that will involve the alma back-end set-up).
  • All team members will review documentation resources listed above before next call (2 weeks)
  • Renaldo Gjoshe (Unlicensed) will set up a follow-up meeting in two weeks to discuss further.
