Collection Development Toolkit

Purpose:

To provide a starting point of commonly used reports for staff and librarians in the areas of collection development, acquisitions, and ERM.

How to use:

The toolkit is comprised of two folders of reports: those that should be run in the IZ and those that should be run in the NZ.

The reports are located in Alma Analytics:

/Shared Folders/Community/Reports/Institutions/CalState/Assessment and Analytics

folder: Collection Development Toolkit for the IZ

folder: Collection Development Toolkit for the NZ

Before running any report, it is highly recommended that you copy the complete toolkit from the shared folder and paste it in your own local folder (instructions for doing so are listed in the description field of each folder). This will ensure that any changes you make for your institution are saved, and it will preserve the integrity of the reports in the folders for other campuses.
