DEIA Task Force

Charge to the DEIA Task Force (Statement of Purpose):

Promote and support the integration of diversity, equity, inclusion and access (DEIA) initiatives into COLD vision, mission, strategic planning, leadership and the COLD organization structure including committees and task forces.

Advise COLD leadership and members on strategies and methods to ensure the fullest operational level of DEIA precepts.

Timeline: The work of this Task Force needs to be completed in collaboration with the strategic plan during 2023-2024.
