On February 3, 2022, the LORDS Interest Group formed.

Facilitation System: a yearly (renewable) facilitator who organizes the CSU wide sessions. Once or twice a year the group gets together to check in about how the group is doing, specifically focusing on the people who are a part of the group and/or be a part of the facilitated sessions (wider CSU LORDS community). 

2022-2023: Maggie Clarke volunteered to be the main admin organizer, with additional help from Christina Mayberry and Michaela Keating.
Lizzy Borges volunteered to COLD rep in order to strategic plan.
