Analytics Working Group (Update)	Christine Evans (Unlicensed)	Met with Brian Moore (Unlicensed) from Analytics Function Committee last week Analytics WG will create a tutorial on accessing the Cal State folder in Analytics Two new folders in the Cal State Folder: Unverified and Verified reports People are encouraged to submit reports in the Unverified reports, WG will review and if approved will go into the Verified Reports Working on a list of best practices for submitting reports Created subject area sub-folders: Circulation Statistics, Course Reserves, Fines/Fees, Requests and Users
Policies Working Group (Update)	Jamie Lamberti (Unlicensed)	Working on: Policies for loan periods Procedures for making sure TOU are set up correctly to remove overdue fines Procedures for the Fulfillment part of filling CSU+ requests
Resource Sharing Joint Taskforces (Update)	ALL	Visiting Patrons: tested among TF members, will continue testing this week and write best practices Lost Items for CSU+/ILL: group has a bunch of questions on how the process works, next they will test with requests between campuses, then they will write up best practices to be posted to the wiki CSU+ Overdues and Notices: decided procedures Jamie Lamberti (Unlicensed) already wrote are good enough. Fulfillment TF is reviewing and will be posted in wiki soon
Open Meeting	ALL	Scheduled on 25 Apr 2018 Start an agenda for the meeting; add: Demo of visiting patron function Benchmarking stats ideas Mallory DeBartolo (Unlicensed) to schedule and send out the invite to the ULMS access group This is our last meeting before the open meeting; what else needs to be done
Next FFC Meeting	Christine Evans (Unlicensed)	Our next FFC meeting is on May 9th During this meeting we can get updates and talk about an agenda for our next open meeting (which will be held on either May 23rd or May 30th) We want to highlight ELUNA at this meeting and get comments for attendees.

What's making us crazy? What's working particularly well?	ALL	Christine Evans (Unlicensed), courtesy notices–coming out the day they are due instead of the day before Natasha Allen (Unlicensed), ILLiad NCIP–has to go through the whole NCIP setup process again Jamie Lamberti (Unlicensed), has anyone setup multiple libraries? Yes, LA, DH both have Matthew Prutsman (Unlicensed), User data – Faculty and Staff user records, half don't have campus email addresses, HR is working on updating rdowns@csudh.edu (Unlicensed), Overdues and Lost Loan – notices for billing laptops are now going out as expected!
