PayPal Integration Script (SJSU) | GitHub | A PHP application for enabling users to pay fines and fees via PayPal and update the Alma user balance via API. Thanks to Jesse Cai, Christina Mune, and Micah Jeffries at SJSU for sharing! |
Models of Fine / Fee Payment Integration | Confluence | A description of four possible integration methods for collecting fine/fee payments with Alma. |
CashNet eMarket products | Confluence | A list of eMarket subscriptions by campus. Campuses with unlimited eMarkets can use a CashNet eMarket 'storefront' to collect fines and fees (see Models of Fine / Fee Payment Integration for a description of the eMarket integration, as well as pros and cons). A fee would need to be paid to CashNet for campuses that do not have unlimited eMarket licenses to set up a library eMarket storefront. |
Procedures: Alma and Bursar Integration for Exchange of User Fine/Fee Data | Confluence | A work in progress describing configuration options. |
Systems integration survey | Google Forms Survey | Determine current configurations and workflow specifics. |
Ex Libris Bursar Integration Alma Configuration | Ex Libris Knowledge Center | For campuses that wish to use the bursar export model, where all fines/fees are exported to PeopleSoft, directions for configuring the Alma Bursar Integration Export in Alma. |
Ex Libris Bursar Integration Export Documentation | Ex Libris Developer Network
Integrating Alma and PayPal with the Alma REST APIs | Ex Libris Developer Network
Configuring the WPM e-Payment System | Ex Libris Developer Network | A payment integration developed by Ex Libris for UK universities. Recommendation to propose to Ex Libris that a similar integration be built for US schools to use with CashNet. |
