Digitization department is it’s own desk separate from Circ desk Alma requires a separate digitization department desk in order to process the request Triggered when item is scanned from pick from shelf to digitization department and then must be scanned back in to go back into the stacks for reshelving

Gather information: specific use cases, Salesforce cases, other documentation that shows how and why the issue is worth fixing. Those of us with Saleforce access can search for tickets submitted by other campuses to support need for issues Attempt to provide screencasts of issues we are experiencing
