Title/portfolio matching - | Any changes since new ERM work? What’s up with the not-so-secret parameter? CL: Here is what I saved from three different searches. It seems the leading article matters. Our same title got different score therefore different position in the result. The 3rd one was almost impossible to find the book before. An example search is Chronicle of Higher Education, with or without the article makes a difference although in this case the journal is still at the top several results. CW: I have a similar experience with adding articles. “New York Times” and “The New York Times” seem to produce different results, and I have seen this with other titles as well. While “the” should be a stop word, the position of it may matter. A question about the super secret setting: what its would this resolve? -- Curious enough, we get zero results when searching for this title in Primo VE, but if you make SpringBoot two words (Spring Boot) the title appears as the first result. The rest of the title matches exactly, so I am at a loss as to why a single word off in the title would not produce results |
