Network Zone Problem Reporting


Use this form when reporting one of the following issues:

  1. Duplicates in NZ - two records with the same OCLC# in the 035$a

  2. Import profile questions and record loading

  3. Vendor record data problems or questions

  4. Duplicates in NZ - other

  5. Duplicates in NZ - two records but one has an 035$z in the 035$a

NZ ERM Problem Reporting

Use this form when reporting one of the following issues:

  1. E-Collection in NZ is not set up to be shared in Alma (Library does not appear in "Available For")

  2. Coverage date needs to updated for portfolio

  3. Request to add missing portfolio

  4. Request to remove portfolio

  5. Update link for portfolio or collection

  6. Other NZ collection questions

  7. High Priority button for issues with collections, i.e. portfolios removed during a weekly update that shouldn’t have been removed, linking stops working after weekly update, links questionable or offensive sites.

  • Please report CDI/Metadata record issues to SalesForce.

  • Please include the PrimoVE (OneSearch) permalink when needed to troubleshooting the issue. If there is no permalink to copy for OneSearch, please include the metadata, such as Journal/book title, ISSN/ISBN, Year/Volume/Issue, Collection Name, or publisher/aggregator name. This will speed up troubleshooting of the submitted case.
