If you receive an error message that the file size is to large to send when processing RapidILL requests you may want to add the RapidILL Large Files rule in Alma. To add the rule go to Alma Configuration → Fulfillment → Copyright Management → Digitization and Copyright Rules and select + Add Rule. Configure the following rule settings.
