Project will focus on improving STEM persistence/success

5 year plan. Student-based journal for CSU. Hire someone to manage it over the course of 5 years.

Plan to publish over 300 students. Hire student editors. 28 students facilitating.

Build a website for student publishing for this journal and other campus’s journals. Journal workflows included there, too. Student feedback posted there, too.

Research and data about undergrad research posted here, too.

Pre- and post-surveys about research competitions:
What makes students more confident in publishing or presenting their work? Will they be likely to engage in more scholarly communication.

Would launch in August 2023
