Requests for collections of electronic resources that are 1) freely available and 2) not available in the Community Zone or through Alma portfolios should be delivered by the requesting campus to SDRC for evaluation. SDRC should evaluate the merits of the request using their own process for measuring impact and systemwide interest of such collections to the CSU system libraries and communicate their decision to the ULMS Director. The responsibility of configuring, loading and maintaining collection records will be managed by the Director with assistance by CO and campus staff as appropriate.
