Policies

- - Will coordinate with the ULMS Assessment and Analytics group with putting together commonly used Fulfillment reports as well as year-end reports that would be of interest to everyone.
  - Reports will be made available in one place for everyone to find.
  - We will find some benchmark statistics and try to find what campus is doing what best.

and Cathe Olson (Unlicensed)) Will look at, evaluate and see how the 4 existing policies are working for everyone. Make the policies more robust, so moving forward, everyone can better understand each policy. Add data to support the policy decision and analytic evidence. Work with the Resource Sharing group as there are many crossover topics and to also make recommendations for configurations to implement policies that are related with RS. Other topics we are working on: Workflows Let us know of workflows you want the group to work on. Training for every Open Meeting Resource Sharing session Joint meeting with the Resource Sharing group. Both Fulfillment and Resource Sharing will meet on 16 Mar 2018. We will discuss topics and agenda items for the joint open meeting, hopefully in April.

New Slack Channel	Christine Evans (Unlicensed)	A new slack channel was created to share new and good ideas posted to ExLibris Idea Exchange to encourage voting and share our good ideas. It's called #ideaexchange If you haven't already done so, sign up for this channel and share your ideas and see what others are requesting on the Idea Exchange.

	Reserves training is on the recording from 17:24-59:23 The training included how to do the following: Add a course Add a reading list Add a personal copy Add a library copy Set up a TOU so you can recall an item for course reserve Mallory will create documentation to allow recall on items checked out to Resource Sharing. This will be created and posted soon.
