- Manage Jobs and Sets --> Manage Sets
- Add Set --> Logical
- Enter Set Name and Description: Course Reserves on Loan
- Set Content Type: Physical items
- Private: No
- Status: Active
- Next
- Click Advanced Search
- Add Conditions:
- Temporary Physical Location Equals: Choose Library, then reserve location (if you have multiple librarys you will be prompted to choose a library first).
- Repeat for as many reserve location as you have. Make sure to change all of Delete the library line using the little broom icon on the left. Then change the ANDs to ORs if there are more than one location. You don’t need the library name so you can delete that.
- Add condition
- Process Type Equals Loan
- Leave that one as an AND
