| Report Summary | Issue with Alma sandbox unable to recognize locally created name authority records was resolved. Local name authority records were re-keyed into the sandbox and previously created local authorities were deleted using the Delete Local Authorities job. The new name authorities were re-linked to the locally created bib records. Also, added local subject authority records to two subject vocabularies in order to assess any linking issues from using two instead of one vocabulary. Emails were exchanged with Svetlana in order to better understand the set-up and configuration of local authorities including the option of managing all local authorities in the NZ. Task Force will discuss. Timeline was updated in order to account for the lag in testing due to the sandbox linking issues. |
