Feedback on Open Meeting
A suggestion was made to share the agenda items well in advance and try to get more participation.
Group members will monitor the chat and help keep track of the questions.
There was an issue with participants not being able to unmute themselves so at the beginning of the next Open Meeting Christine Evans will encourage all to do a sound check.
Every Open Meeting will include a 10-15 minute training session on a specific Fulfillment topic in Alma.
Suggestions made were Analytics, TOUs and the new UI.
Relevant updates to Alma should also be discussed on a regular basis.
At the next open meeting (end of October) Troy Compton will do a Terms of Use overview.
CSU+/Reserve Issue
At San Jose there was a configuration error that allowed Course Reserves to be requestable in Resource Sharing.
There is a small fix in the TOUs that needed to be adjusted.
In the Spring semester we will survey the campuses about how the system wide policies are working and revisit the policies after seeing the survey results.
Objectives/Goals
We discussed the objectives and goals for this committee.
Training and discussing/creating workflows (of day to day activities), benchmark statistics along with troubleshooting are the main objectives of this committee.
