Charge to the DEIA Task Force:
Promote and support the integration of diversity, equity, inclusion and access (DEIA) precepts into COLD vision, mission, strategic planning, leadership and the COLD organization structure including committees and task forces.
Advise COLD leadership and members on strategies and methods to ensure the fullest operational level of DEIA precepts.
Timeline: The work of this Task Force needs to be completed in combination with the strategic plan during 2023-2024.
