  • How tolerant can we be of messy metadata when making field changes?

Work Forms Task Force

  • Conceptualize separate work forms for non-ETD student works, publications, and presentations

  • Review existing work forms and propose updates to help text, order of fields, and overall functionality based on usability concerns

  • Changing gears from data-gathering to assisting and advising the implementation of a systemwide DAMS.

  • Looking to ramp up efforts in the Fall / Spring.

  • Working on a charge for the group to better define role.

  • Compiling the results from the DAMS self-evaluation surveys.

  • Planning to start testing San Marcos’ instance of Samvera in the Fall, comparing it to the DAMS performance evaluation tool.
