Issues with ILL/Rapido

• Locate Failed

• Request for something that doesn’t exist digitally

  • Japanese periodicals 

    • Items not in in the databases but exist in print

  • What do people do in this instance?

    • Bad citation is an option to stop it from the next library

    • A list of who has it physically vs digitally may help

      • A check to specify if it needs to come from the print edition

• Are CSU libraries using the Conditional messages?
