Resource sharing (CSU+) policies

• Review proposed policies before meeting and prepare to discuss.
• Resource Sharing group discussed these recently in an open forum
• Would like more time to revise before brining forwarding to COLD

• These roles not defined in the COLD charge to the Coord Committee
• Could play a role in helping to coordinate systemwide training
• Surveying campuses on future developments for Alma and Primo and coordinating ELUNA voting
• Could represent the campus view on decisions (as Carlos reps dean perspective)
• Rae Ann and Suzanna will work with Alice Kawakami on this.

• Anything that can or should be done at the systemwide level?
  • Orbis Cascade has a New Staff Training document.  Could serve as a blue-print.
• Alma and Primo are fast-moving targets
• Focusing on policies and keeping it general could future-proof things a bit.
• How scalable is this at the system-wide level? 
  • There are also local policies and workflows to take into consideration
  • Danger of micomanaging across the system
  • What about smaller campuses where there isn't a local expert or one leaves?
  • Peer-to-peer support might be a better route
    • Interest among some of the deans in local get togethers
• Primo training
  • Didn't get a lot of attention in the migration
  • Primo VE will render a lot of training here moot

• Encouraging ELUNA attendance
