Issue Summary | Some journal level records (such as for Christian Science Monitor) show in the brief result that full text should be available yet show now full text services in the full result. They SHOULD show services, as electronic portfolios are active. The debug URL does not show any of the relevant full text services, so it's not an issue of Primo finding the right service in Alma and that service failing to display. Instead, it seems that Primo is not finding the appropriate Alma services. This seems to happen most with records that are the result of a dedup/merge. |

Issue Summary | Some article level records, especially those for items in JSTOR, seem to miss relevant Alma full text services. The brief result shows full text, but the full result does not show any full text options. |

Status of issue | An instance of this was reported by Northridge in early October on case 00477995. It has been in investigation since then. It seems that the reported case could be related to the presence of an 022 subfield y for an incorrect ISSN on a record for a different journal with the same title. Likely, similar irregularities with ISSNs are leading to similar failures to retrieve full text. |
