Note RE: Add user auto login to URL question - Select Yes to add a user’s login credentials to the URL, thereby logging the user in automatically upon accessing the URL. This field displays only when Request pushing method = OpenURL.
Select Yes when configuring integration with a Relais system (see Configuring Alma/Broker Integration).

It appears that the display logic rule removes the ILLiad link when a user is logged into Primo, but when a user is not logged in, the ILLiad link still displays despite the display logic.
