13 responses (28%) said email is better without qualifications, mostly because it is already something that is checked regularly

23 responses (50%) generally indicated that tool use (email or otherwise) would be context or situation dependent

34 (43%) provided no response, which may indicate no preference to use email

Other responses suggest refinement of current communication methods (“I wish we didn't have audio problems we often do during meetings such as the Functional Calls.” or better distribution of information (“I'm just concerned about adding more. Will this new option eliminate other existing and currently employed communication tools? I'm fine with the tools we have I would just like to see them used more. I would like to see the working groups communicate out more.”)
