Policy Statement:

Books and other original source material may not be requested for course reserves by another library. 

Rationale:

  • Resource sharing materials have traditionally been intended for individual use whereas items placed on Course Reserves would be for multiple users and high turnaround.

  • Items housed in reserves are typically left on for at least one semester which would exceed the loan period for CSU+ items.
