Completed revision of policies and procedures;

Identified priority areas for Task Forces: focus on completion of procedures and documentation (e.g., Loading Vendor and Brief Order Records (Acquisitions); Import Profiles for Loading Vendor Records, WCP and Shelf-Ready (Import Profiles); cataloging procedures for print and e-resources (Cataloging), etc.). See reports from Task Forces for updates.

Collaborated with Discovery Group to propose solution to the display of "statement of responsibility" (245 $c) in Primo and re-ordering of the data elements in Details display;

Collaborated with Cataloging and ERM Task Force to draft policy: Managing E-Collections in Alma: CZ Records vs. Vendor Records, submitted to the ULMS Implementation Team;

Collaborated with Import Profiles Task Force to create "CSU Brief Level Rule" for brief record level configuration;

Continue to host weekly Open Forums to disseminate information, discuss policies and procedures, and solicit input from TS Working Group.

Schedule presentations by Task Forces for upcoming Open Forums dedicated to specific topics and updates (e.g., Authority Control; Joint TS-Systems Import Profiles; etc.)

Collaborate with Import Profiles to finalize documentation on import profiles and norm rules;

Continue to monitor work by Task Forces.
